IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

How Does It Work?

IVR gives you the freedom to decide how you want to book your taxi as long as your telephone number is registered with us. There are two options you can use:

Option One - If your taxi is required for straight away and you don't have a taxi type preference, select 1 on your keypad and a taxi will be sent automatically, without speaking to an operator.

Option Two - If you do not require a taxi for straight away, you require a set time, or if you require a certain type of vehicle select 3 on your keypad. This will direct you to an operator to make your booking.

Ring Back

How Does It Work?

When the driver arrives they simply press a button on the data terminal and the system will ring your phone alerting you that your taxi is waiting outside.

You will hear one or two rings from the driver.

If you are using your mobile phone to call us you can save the call as "taxi waiting" this will display on your mobile next time you order a taxi.

Ring Back will benefit any customers who live in blocks of flats or who are in a busy pub or restaurant, as it will save you waiting outside.
